This charming stone cottage was originally built in the mid nineteenth century and forms part of a terrace leading up from Grosmont station . Access to Number 2 is up a few steps into a small lobby.This leads to a spacious living room with beamed ceiling and log burning stove. Two comfortable sofas lend to the cosy feel of the room.

One step leads up to a modern, well equipped, kitchen diner. There is a double oven with gas hob, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and a full range of kitchen equipment and utensils.

A door from the kitchen leads into a covered yard which is ideal for storing muddy walking gear and bikes. There is parking for one car at the rear of the property. A few steps lead down into the yard.

Fairly steep stairs from the lobby lead to the first floor. A spacious, airy, landing with light from a skylight illuminating the exposed stone wall leads to the main bedroom with country pine furniture and double bed.The second bedroom is at the back of the cottage having twin beds, a wardrobe and chest of drawers.

There is a modern shower room with double shower and a seperate toilet.
